Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing in Barberton, OH is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate client projects through all phases of laboratory operations, including project set-up, documentation, invoicing, reporting and delivery to clients.

The PM I role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring on-time delivery, coordinating with operations and subcontract labs, and supporting capacity forecasting and QA compliance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences or related field (four years related experience may substitute for a degree)
• 6 months of client-relationship/customer service experience
• Prefer some bench chemist or field experience
• Requires additional lab training in methods and QA across multiple departments

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clients’ projects through all phases of laboratory operations
• Set up projects, review documents and manage invoicing and reporting
• Engage subcontract labs and ensure capacity and forecasts
• Provide updates to operations and maintain client communications
• Ensure on-time delivery and QA/compliance across projects
