Fred Loya Insurance Agency in Wilmington, NC is seeking a full-time Customer Service/Policy Support associate. You will deliver professional service to internal and external customers, answer policy questions, process payments, and identify customer needs while handling quotes, renewals, and cancellations.

You’ll contribute to marketing efforts when needed and keep the workspace organized. FNOLs and vehicle inspections may be required, including vehicle photo captures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers and provide first-rate service.
• Bilingual ability is helpful.
• Flexibility in schedule and reliable transportation are required.
• Must pass state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous service to customers.
• - Answers any questions regarding customer’s policy.
• - Accept payments and process transactions.
• - Identify any potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy.
• - Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations.
• - Involved with marketing initiatives for new business development on an as-needed basis.
• - Maintain a neat and clean work area and office.
• - FNOL’s (vehicle inspections).
• - Taking vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required).
• - Bank run deposits.
• - Other duties as assigned.
