Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager in Idaho to support client relationships, manage commercial lines accounts, and coordinate with carriers. You will prepare quotes, respond to inquiries, and ensure renewals and files are accurate.

A strong customer service mindset and insurance familiarity will help you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. After a probationary period, a hybrid work schedule may be offered based on location and office needs.

Qualifications

• Previous insurance experience is strongly preferred for this role.
• High school diploma/GED required; college preferred.
• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and work with a computer (MS Office & Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact, building positive relationships with clients and carriers.
• Assist in managing commercial lines books, marketing to carriers, quotes and proposals.
• Respond promptly to policy inquiries and maintain renewal controls and files.
