Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager to service transportation clients within the Mountain States region. The role focuses on managing relationships with clients and insurance carriers, responding to inquiries, and ensuring policy accuracy.

You will market to carriers, prepare quotes, and maintain renewal controls while upholding HUB’s service standards and collaborative culture. This position supports growth across Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and proactive relationship management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to take direction and follow instructions while showing initiative and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of transportation accounts and act as the point of contact for clients and carrier staff.
• Market to carriers, prepare quotes and proposals, respond to policy inquiries (email, phone).
• Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders and ensure accuracy of policies/endorsements/audits.
• Maintain organized and accurate account files.
