Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager & Service professional in the Mountain States region (Idaho, Montana, Wyoming) to manage transportation accounts and service client needs. You will be the primary contact, coordinating with carriers, preparing quotes, and ensuring accurate policy information.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, proactive relationship management, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years insurance or related experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license; or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
• Excellent customer service and proactive relationship management
• Strong written and oral communication across all levels of the organization
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and agency management systems
• Ability to take direction and follow instructions while showing initiative and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a positive team environment and collaborative culture
• Broad knowledge of insurance products and usages and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of transportation accounts, including marketing to carriers.
• Prepare quotes and proposals; respond to policy inquiries by email and phone.
• Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders.
• Check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate and organized account files.
• Collaborate with insurance carrier staff to serve clients effectively
