Job summary

CCL Label Food and Beverage Sioux Falls is seeking a Customer Service Project Manager to oversee production from order through delivery. You will coordinate with customers, sales reps, and plant staff to ensure timely, accurate job execution and maintain project documentation.

This position requires strong communication, multi-project management, and problem-solving skills, with an associate degree (bachelor preferred) and 2+ years in a related role.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in related role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Establish effective communication with employees, sales staff and external customers.
• Daily interaction with plant personnel to coordinate and schedule projects.
• Enter job tickets in systems using the customer purchase order and specs.
• Maintain customer master files and file job tickets.
• Attend scheduled meetings to communicate timetables for production jobs.
• Sustain and develop working relationships with customers.
