CCL Label Food and Beverage Sioux Falls is seeking a Customer Service Project Manager to oversee production from order to finish. You will coordinate communication between customers, manufacturing, and sales reps, ensuring timely and accurate completion of jobs.

The role emphasizes maintaining strong customer relationships and efficient project flow. You will interact daily with plant personnel and customers, manage multiple projects, and use customer specs to enter job tickets.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Preferred 2+ years’ experience in related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish effective communication with employees, sales staff, and customers.
• Coordinate and schedule projects with plant personnel.
• Enter job tickets using purchase orders and specifications.
• Maintain and update customer/job files and timetables.
• Communicate schedule and production questions with customers and internal teams.
