Job summary

Inovar Packaging Group, LLC, is seeking a Customer Service Account Manager in Sioux Falls, SD, to act as the primary contact for customers, handling order processing, proactive updates, and cross-brand collaboration for timely shipments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role within manufacturing; printing/packaging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain order data in ERP-based systems to support on-time delivery.
• Review order specs, pricing, quantities, and delivery requirements before production.
• Coordinate artwork communication between customers and graphics team; document proofs and final approvals.
• Monitor order progress across departments to align with customer expectations.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies, artwork issues, and delivery risks.
• Maintain documentation processes to support visibility and reporting accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service with accuracy, responsiveness, accountability.
• Assist the Customer Service Manager with additional duties as needed.
