You will be the primary contact for clients, carriers, and internal teams, handling policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and proposals, and supporting new business.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of commercial lines account management experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
• Ability to service within modern tech-centric agency management systems.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries with timely, professional service.
• Manage inbound/outbound requests including policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and coverage questions.
• Support billing, payment processing, and premium collection.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and process insurance documents including certificates of insurance, binders, endorsements, and renewal proposals.
• Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems and track open items.
• Assist in renewal strategy, mid-term policy changes, and stewardship reviews.
• Identify opportunities for additional coverage to mitigate uninsured exposures.
