Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in Wauwatosa or Mt Pleasant, WI. The role focuses on day‑to‑day client service, renewal strategy, and coordination with Producers/Account Executives to ensure accurate submissions, issuance of certificates, invoices, and policy documentation while maintaining data integrity in the system of record.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Property & Casualty brokerage environment.
• Knowledge of Property & Casualty business.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal book of business, including submissions and placement support.
• Draft exposure information, loss exhibits, submissions and proposals.
• Coordinate certificates, invoices, policy/endorsement/audit checks with the client and carriers.
• Update the system of record with conversations and documentation.
• Process monthly, quarterly, or annual audits and reports.
• Assist in client service and carrier/wholesaler relationship management.
