Brown & Brown in Dedham, MA is seeking a Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to join our growing team. This role provides high-quality customer service and assists in coordinating services between clients and insurers.

Responsibilities include processing certificates, data requests, client setup, policy management, and collaboration with Account Managers, Executives and Producers to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite; strong Excel skills.
• Exceptionally professional telephone demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Accurately prepares, processes, reviews and monitors documents such as certificates of insurance, Auto ID cards, draft of binders and endorsements.
• Collects client specification data and responds to routine data requests from clients, underwriters and staff.
• Performs new client setup and ongoing maintenance in the policy management system.
• Processes premium finance requests and creates premium allocations as needed.
• May process claims, summarize loss runs and provide client advocacy.
• Maintains documentation and follows agency guidelines and procedures.
