Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Property & Casualty license preferred.
• Industry designations such as CPCU, CIC, AU, CRM, or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to client requests via phone, mail, or email promptly.
• Prepare documents: binders, certificates, change requests, invoicing.
• Assist in new business orientation and client implementations with carriers.
• Review client operations and risk exposures for renewals.
• Coordinate proposals and marketing options with client executives.
