Coordinate with Billing Operations, Finance, Collections, Client Success, and other internal partners to resolve issues while maintaining ownership of client communication through completion.

Escalate highly complex or systemic issues as appropriate.

Analyze billing activity and support proactive client communication. Review billing reports, dashboards, and billing activity to identify variances, recurring issues, or trends affecting assigned clients.

Work with the Billing Business Analyst to understand data insights and translate findings into clear, client-ready explanations.

Proactively communicate anticipated billing impacts when appropriate.

Support process consistency and continuous improvement. Identify recurring client issues, process gaps, or opportunities to improve billing accuracy, communication, or efficiency. Share recommendations with leadership and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, documentation updates, testing activities, and implementation of approved process enhancements.

Maintain operational excellence. Complete case documentation, follow established service levels, maintain accurate client records, and support departmental objectives through effective workload management, knowledge sharing, and participation in team initiatives and projects.
