Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies and systems.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, payments, transfers, and check cashing.
• Balance cash drawer and process ATM transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in transactions.
• Provide proactive solutions and refer to appropriate bank services.
• Support branch risk management and compliance.
