Columbia Bank seeks a friendly, detail-oriented Teller to serve clients onsite in Pasco, WA. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions with accuracy while upholding bank policies and customer service standards.

With guidance from branch leadership, you’ll expand relationships by identifying client needs and offering appropriate products, and you’ll balance cash and safeguard assets daily.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in numbers and written instructions.
• Able to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and handle cash securely.
• Mitigate risk by safekeeping money and prompt accounting or transfer of funds.
• Identify client needs and offer appropriate bank products and services.
• Refer basic bank products to the appropriate business partner.
