Job summary

Columbia Bank in Tacoma, WA seeks a courteous Teller to be the first point of contact for clients, handling deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.

Under supervision of Branch Manager, you will strengthen client relationships, identify needs, and refer suitable bank products while maintaining branch cash controls and compliance with bank procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Always performs teller transactions and cash handling functions with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balances cash drawer and processes various deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing and night drops.
• Maintains and protects branch cash and adheres to bank policies and regulations.
