Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with written numbers and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Always performs teller transactions and cash handling for clients with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and process nightly deposits and related tasks to maintain branch integrity.
• Mitigate risk by safekeeping funds and promptly accounting or transferring funds.
• Interact with clients to identify needs and offer appropriate bank products and services.
• Continuously deepen knowledge of Columbia Bank's products and services and stay current on changes.
• Support referral goals by identifying and referring basic bank products to the appropriate business partner.
