Columbia Bank is hiring a Teller to serve as the first point of contact for clients at our Tacoma, WA location. Under guidance from the Branch Manager, you will perform teller transactions, balance drawers, and protect funds while delivering proactive service in line with our standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred. Bilingual ability is a plus as we help clients meet their financial needs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and process night drop deposits when applicable.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products and services.
• Maintain branch cash handling integrity and mitigate risk.
