Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a friendly Teller at our Enterprise, Oregon branch. You will handle a variety of banking transactions with accuracy and confidentiality, while delivering Breakthrough Client Service Standards.

Under guidance from the Branch Manager, you will deepen client relationships by uncovering needs and recommending appropriate products. A high school diploma and banking/customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with all Bank policies and systems.
• Demonstrates accuracy with numbers and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions accurately and confidentially.
• Balance cash drawer daily and balance ATM where applicable.
• Mitigate risk by safekeeping money and prompt transfers.
• Engage clients to identify needs and offer suitable products.
• Support branch operations and maintain regulatory compliance.
