Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• 1 year of previous banking or customer service experience, preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with written numbers, words, and verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) accurately.
• Maintain cash drawer integrity and balance ATM.
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate bank products.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Provide proactive solutions and problem resolutions to clients.
