Job summary

Truist Financial is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver outstanding client experiences in our retail branch. You will handle transactions, educate clients on digital banking, and participate in outbound outreach to uncover opportunities for service and sales growth.

You will support the branch team, maintain accuracy in records, and adhere to risk controls while coordinating with specialists as needed. Regular/full-time hours apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC and basic software for branch automation.
• Willingness to travel and cover weekends/extended hours when needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experiences through courteous conversations and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATM, Online, Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver suitable solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training programs.
• Adhere to policies and manage risk; assist with problem resolution as needed.
