Job summary

Truist is seeking a Universal Banker in Virginia to provide timely client transactions, maintain accurate records, and deliver superior service while identifying clients' financial needs.

You will be cross-trained to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) initiatives, with opportunities for career growth in a regular, full-time role.

A high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to work weekends are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand and promote Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Attend training and meetings to advance product knowledge and service quality.
