Qualifications

• Background/credit check required; compliance with S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and offer quality service.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Open and process new accounts (checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, money market).
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients/prospects during campaigns.
• Assist with loan applications and coordinate handoff to the appropriate associate.
• research and resolve client inquiries on account status; deliver prompt, excellent service.
• Attend training and meetings to enhance product knowledge and skills.
