Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer and follow audit and security policies and procedures.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments for customers.
• Process miscellaneous transactions (bonds, municipal coupons, money orders).
• Assist in daily balancing and processing of ATMs, including processing entries.
• Assist with dual control vault responsibilities.
• Stay informed of operational updates to ensure compliance with current guidelines.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve client issues promptly.
• Assist clients with select service needs and refer to appropriate teams.
• Attend relevant training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
