Job summary

First Horizon Bank Operations is seeking a Consumer Credit Servicing Specialist who delivers superior client service by phone and email. You will respond to inquiries about account status, payments, and payoff quotes, aiming for one-touch resolutions while coordinating with relationship bankers.

In this onsite Knoxville role, you will build connections with clients, follow up on needs, and refer opportunities to bank partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four-year college degree preferred in business, marketing, or related field.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in consumer credit or servicing.
• Excellent client service and outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of consumer credit and deposit products.

Responsibilities

• Build connections with clients by phone and email to provide excellent service for inquiries.
• Resolve consumer credit inquiries related to account status, payments, and payoff quotes.
• Deliver consultative solutions with relationship bankers to ensure a seamless experience.
• Timely follow up with new and existing clients to ensure needs are addressed.
• Collaborate with leadership to assist clients accurately and efficiently.
• Identify referrals to bank partners to generate new business and deepen relationships.
• Participate in client/prospect calling activities during campaigns.
• Assist management with On the Job Training of new employees.
• Cultivate cross-LOB relationships and act as an ambassador for the Direct Sales Team.
• Identify initiatives and process changes promoting evolution; follow compliance guidelines.
• All other job-related duties as assigned.
