Job summary

You will perform teller duties, assist with deposits and withdrawals, and support cross-selling initiatives to meet banking center goals in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of teller experience preferred.
• Experience in a retail banking environment is a plus.
• Ability to identify client needs and cross-sell suitable products.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times.
• Open and process deposits, accounts, and loan applications as needed.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects for referrals.
• Cross-sell bank products and support banking center goals.
• Resolve client inquiries and ensure excellent service.
