First Horizon Bank is seeking a Consumer Credit Servicing Specialist on-site in Tennessee to deliver superior service to consumer credit and private clients; collaborate with sales team to generate referrals and support new accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four-year college degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in consumer credit/servicing; excellent client service.
• Outstanding communication via telephone, email, and chat.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of consumer credit and deposit products.

Responsibilities

• Respond to consumer credit inquiries related to account status, payments, pay-off quotes; aim for one-touch resolution.
• Communicate with clients for consumer credit requests, resolve inquiries and special requests.
• Provide holistic, consultative service to private clients with relationship bankers as needed.
• Follow up with clients to ensure needs addressed.
• Refer bank partners to generate new business and deepen client relationships.
• Participate in client/prospect calling during campaigns.
• Assist management with on-the-job training of new employees.
• Build cross-LOB relationships and act as ambassador for Direct Sales Team.
