Job summary

First Horizon Bank in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a frontline Banking Associate to deliver quality customer service, process daily financial transactions, and open new accounts in a retail banking environment.

You will introduce bank products, perform outbound outreach, cross-sell to deepen client relationships, and support banking center management with daily operations while ensuring compliance and an outstanding client experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 1 year teller experience preferred.
Experience delivering quality customer service in a financial setting is desirable.
Ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable products.

Responsibilities

Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and process deposits, cash handling, and other transactions.
Open and process new checking/savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts.
Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing as needed.
