Job summary

Truist in the United States is seeking a Banking Customer Service professional to provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned. Deliver superior service, identifying and understanding the client’s financial needs.

You will educate clients on digital solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), support outbound outreach, and assist with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to help

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling transactions and meeting client needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales via outbound calls and identify client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and ongoing product knowledge trainings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
