Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance requirements.
• High school degree or equivalent; licenses required within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, friendly service creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on Chase technology: mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to advise on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
