JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Los Angeles is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional service and develop meaningful client partnerships at our branch. You will leverage banking solutions and digital tools to understand client needs and provide thoughtful financial guidance.

You will address client inquiries, open accounts, cross-sell relevant products, and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining a welcoming, high-trust environment for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related fields with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring features and benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
