Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with success in acquiring new clients and deepening relationships.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring features/benefits to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent service.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training for compliance.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Minimum requirements: SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
