Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service levels.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with the ability to tailor features and benefits to clients.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to assist with banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
