Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences, greet clients, open and service accounts, and educate customers on digital banking tools. You will build trusted client relationships and work with the team to help clients reach their financial goals.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through daily transactions, leveraging Chase Mobile App and ATMs, and ensuring compliance with policies while delivering friendly service across the branch network.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and deliver a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices in line with bank policies.
