Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a customer-focused Teller/Client Associate in Springfield, MA. You will be the hospitality ambassador at the financial center, handling everyday transactions with accuracy and courtesy while guiding clients toward digital tools and self-service options.

You will help clients achieve their financial goals, adhere to risk and regulatory standards, and refer to specialists when appropriate. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience acceptable).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organization, communication, problem-solving and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client flow and serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals.
• Deliver accurate, everyday banking transactions and deepen relationships by identifying needs and referring to partners.
• Educate clients on products and digital capabilities to enable self-serve options and informed choices.
• Demonstrate knowledge of basic banking products to evaluate and recommend solutions.
• Perform a broad range of client transactions within financial limits and escalate non-standard issues as needed.
