Qualifications

• Prior client service experience or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to learn Chase products and use digital tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and new account openings while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling following bank procedures.
