Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and use of digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with clients and team.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while adhering to policies.
