Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and handle account servicing while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital channels (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships through active listening and collaboration with team members.
• Assist with branch operations and cash devices in line with bank procedures.
