Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to elevate the client experience and tailor recommendations.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to meet risk/compliance obligations and complete training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or over the phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to advise on banking solutions and connect to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
