Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships and recommending products/services.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Ability to multitask and work with teammates and partners.
• Meet and comply with SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial solutions and guidance.
• Recommend tailored financial products for goals.
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking tools.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Adhere to all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
