Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions.
• Minimum 1 year customer experience recommending products and services.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• Video interview assessment within 7 days of applying.
• Comfort with using digital technology to support business goals.
• Customer-centric with strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobbies and demonstrate how to use the Citizens mobile app or ATMs to complete simple transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and respond to questions and concerns.
• Follow all financial policies and procedures, including cash handling and compliance with laws.
