Job summary

Starting salary is $21 per hour and up. The role involves cash handling, strong customer service, and working branch hours which may include weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to develop a long-term customer relationship.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Video interview assessment after applying within 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobbies and assist with mobile app or ATM usage.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and answer questions.
• Follow all financial policies, proper cash handling and applicable regulations.
