Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software.
• Knowledge of federal banking regulations and compliance.
• Broad knowledge of bank products and services.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects in person and by phone; resolve inquiries and issues.
• Open new accounts and assist with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.
• Ensure compliance with policies, Reg CC, and risk controls to minimize firm exposure.
• Refer clients to other specialists (Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management) as appropriate.
