Job summary

Synovus is seeking a Financial Specialist - Floating in Lexington, SC. You will serve as a single touch point for clients, handling banking transactions, opening new accounts, and guiding them to the right solutions while promoting a high-quality client experience.

From first contact to per-transaction support, you will balance service excellence with risk guidance, supporting office leaders and collaborating with teams across Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients in person and over the telephone.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account opening while ensuring compliance.
• Open new accounts and process related paperwork.
• Refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management as appropriate.
• Maintain risk controls and adhere to policies.
