Qualifications

• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate client transactions and maintain records.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATM, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales through client outreach and qualification of needs.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to serve clients.
