You will deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience, educate clients on products, and facilitate transactions while maintaining banking policies and security standards. You will build relationships, identify customer needs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical proficiency.

Responsibilities
