Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between branches as needed.
• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in-branch.
• Open new accounts, process transactions, and provide product guidance.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and services.
• Coordinate with internal partners to resolve issues and referrals.
• Support branch operations and participate in training and team activities.
