Job summary

You will work with the branch team to deliver excellent service, resolve questions, and support customers in achieving their financial goals while adhering to policy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow and scheduling meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships through active listening, empathy, and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with branch team to deliver seamless service and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices while following bank policies.
