Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is hiring for a Regular Full-Time Teller at our branch in Pennsylvania. You will deliver a distinctive client experience, handle complex and standard transactions, and educate clients on digital banking options to simplify their finances.

You will support the sales process, engage in outreach, and refer clients to specialists as needed while upholding IRM principles and risk controls. Weekend/extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate staffing needs and occasional locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and processing transactions with courtesy.
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound outreach, checking offers, and referring clients to branch staff.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend trainings to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
