Columbia Bank in Chico, CA is seeking a Teller to serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other transactions with accuracy and confidentiality. Under guidance from the Branch Manager, you will deepen client relationships and identify opportunities to refer basic bank products.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED and 1 year of banking or customer service experience; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform teller transactions with accuracy and confidentiality (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing).
• Balance cash drawer and process ATM/night drop deposits.
• Mitigate risk and ensure safekeeping of money in cash drawer.
• Interact with clients to identify needs and offer appropriate products.
• Maintain branch operations and ensure compliance with bank procedures.
